Well, I have already fallen behind as far as improving my eating habits. I ate a Nutrigrain bar for breakfast which was good but I ate a loaded baked potato with cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and brisket for lunch today. We went to a going away luncheon for one of my husband's collegues and I guess I didn't make the best meal choice :O) I had two turkey hotdogs for dinner. Not the best choice, but not the worst either.
I didn't get a chance to get on the treadmill tonight because my monster baby didn't want to go to sleep but I did get on for an hour last night. I walked at 2 mph and burned 325 calories!! Hopefully I will do better with my meal choices tomorrow and I will actually get a chance to get on the treadmill again.
On a positive note, I went to see the surgeon today to schedule my gallbladder surgery and my blood pressure was 125/81. It is a bit high but no where near what is has been in the past two months. The last few times I have gone to the doctor is has been 140/90 or above!! Hopefully, if I lose some of the weight it will continue to improve and I might even start to have more energy and motivation :O)

Ya know, I've kinda fallen off of my meal routine too and my dietician made me sit down and write down everything I was going to eat for the next two weeks. That's 3 meals a day with 2 snacks in between. One snack between breakfast and lunch and one snack after dinner if I want. It's a pain in the ass no doubt, but I can see where I follow it and where I "cheated". Not to mention it kind of forces me to buy healthy food and prepare healthier food so I stick to what I wrote down. Just a thought. Maybe you could try it for a day or two.
